Perform wide grip tricep extensions with the elbows pointed out to hit the inner head of the triceps. Narrow the grip with elbows in to target the outer and medial heads. For bicep training, attach to a low cable and with a narrow grip and elbows slightly flared out but by your side, perform a curl to work the outer head of the bicep. Now widen the grip bringing the elbows in and by your side while you work the inner head of the bicep.
