    Cize is the real deal if you really want to push yourself to get into shape! While it is similar to their other videos, I still enjoyed the change of pace. Ivve been doing this every day for 6 weeks now. The videos are fun, and keep me pumped and energized.

    I am a clumsy, plus-sized 45+ year old lady. I hate the gym, I need 2 sports bras and a bottle of water to walk the dog. And I am LOVING THIS. Yes, I only do CIZE alone in the house with the shades drawn. Yes, I huff and puff, forget what I’m supposed to do and trip over my feet. Yes, I need to tone the moves down a little so I don’t blow my knees out, but I enjoy the videos, the music and Shaun T’s attitude so I do it whenever I can and am actually moving and grooving and sweating with a smile. For my fellow WW members, one dance routine plus 2 cool downs = 1/2 hour of fun aerobic exercise = 10 fit points, not including steps. BOOM. I recommend that people who are on the heavy / unfit / senior side like me Google YouTube videos for helpful tips from plus-sized and senior fitness trainers who will show you how to modify the dance moves for safety and comfort; all of the backup dancers are young and very fit — there is no token heavy or older dancer to watch for modifications. ?

    My wife got these in July and they looked like fun so i started doing them. I am a 47 year old obese man who’s not in great shape and found these workouts a lot of fun. It’s been a little less than a month and i’ve lost 10 pounds and noticed that i’m lighter on my feet when i walk (less shuffling) and i’m running up the stairs now instead of plodding up them. It’s also helped a lot with my SAD. My mood and temperament have improved greatly

    Just finished a 4 week challenge of this, followed the meal plan and workout schedule. Lost 8 lbs and 12 inches. Doesn’t seem like a ton, but I’ve dropped a pant size and have a flatter stomach than I have in years. The routines can get boring, but so does going to the gym. For the price, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It’s fun, even for someone who’s never taken a dance lesson but loves dancing in the club. I highly recommend!!

    Nice but lighter than insanity, I say “but” because I’ve completed insanity. still very nice and well put together for someone who wants to move yet wants low impact-its fun to do with the family!

    This was purchased for my nieces who love to exercise but were tired of their old video. They love this one so much they do it several times a day just so they can get the dance moves down. The 5 kids are ages 6-16 and my 37 year old sister-in-law has taken to doing it too.

    I love using this to get my cardio in! Plus I can dance even longer when I go out haha. I didn’t follow the monthly planner. Took me a month to make it to second workout. =/ the moves get faster so I modify and take my time….or I get cranky haha. I have trouble doing Zumba and I’m able to follow this!

    I knew I would like the workout but as a 52-year old woman, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to do it but I love the workouts and am able to keep up. I am following the beginning calendar for now and I will be starting the 5th routine this week. So far it has been very enjoyable and worth the purchase.

    Been doing this for 4 weeks now, I love it!! It really doesn’t feel like you are working out, you just keep on dancing!! It’s a lot of fun! The In Your Pocket has been the hardest so far, but you just do it till you get the moves down!

    Shaun T has done it again! I LOVE this work-out DVD set! Its quick delivery, challenging routines, and the enthusiasm of the people in the work-outs was infectious! It made me smile and the dance steps kept you so focused that the time passed quickly and before you knew it the work-out was over! It produced a satisfying heart pounding that only CIZE can do!

    Love this work out. Modified it for every level change at first but by end of week the routine was doable without modification and so much fun. Found myself laughing. Noticed a difference the first week and others noticed by the second week. Think I like this. ..great seller shipped quick.

    This is a great workout for someone who needs to change things up a bit. If you haven’t exercised in awhile, this could be just the thing. I found Shaun T’s instruction to be encouraging as you learn the dance moves. It’s a great workout without feeling like you’re working out. My teenage daughter and I have had great fun together while learning the moves.

    Haven’t made it all the way through the set. Am on the fourth routine. Have never enjoyed exercise, always have to force my self to do it. This is so fun it is addictive. I can’t wait to do the dances, and have stayed up late, just to fit it into my day.
